Day One at Mount Cardigan

The first thing we did on day one was we arrived at the AMC lodge. We all gathered on the lawn and played a bunch of games. After that we got ready to go on the hike to Welton falls. At Welton falls my group went in a bunch of different caves. We finally arrived back at the lodge. When everybody got back the staff let us explore the lodge. Next it was time for dinner. Dinner that night, was spaghetti with meatballs. For dessert we had an ice cream sundae. Oh and did I mention that we had hot chocolate. After dinner we headed back up to our rooms and got ready for the night hike. In my opinion the night hike was scary but fun. We didn't only have a hike, but we also played a bunch of games in the dark. When we were finished with the hike, all of the kids went inside and listened to a story that Mr. Wollner told us. I used movement, because we moved from Hopkinton to Cardigan.
